For the past few years ICA has hosted many cultural events for our Indian community in Portland, the main one being India Festival.
All of these require a considerable amount of time and money. We collect a participation fee of $10 for our India Festival entertainment program. This goes a long way towards helping finance the festival. This also inserts your name in the ICA mailing list which is used for announcing community events. All of our other events including Diwali and sports tournament charge a nominal fee to stay cash flow neutral.
